Tire rotation:
Schedule a tire rotation every 5,000 to 8,000 miles, but always be on the lookout for:
- Worn-out treads
- Shaking or vibrations while driving
- Decreasing tire pressure
- Worsening miles per gallon
Tire replacement:
- If there’s any damage over ¼ inch
- If there’s any damage on the side wall (the part of the tire surrounding the rim and not touching the road)
- If your tire is bald
